Per the annual Irondequiot Bow Hunt Program, wounded deer often times make it off the property on which the hunter is allowed to operate. Within Huntington Hills, this means that the deer will most likely be traveling across the Commons at some point.

This document formally outlines the rules concerning the tracking of wounded deer by the IPD on the Commons. This document can be found on the Documents & Maps page of the Huntington Hills website or directly at http://www.huntingtonhillsinc.org/docs/Deer_Bow_Hunt_Proxy_Protocol.pdf.

This is from Site5, our web site/mailing lists provider:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

I am sorry to know that some of the accounts in mailing list not receiving the emails. I would like to inform you that at this moment a couple of our email gateway servers are not able to relay the emails to the Yahoo servers.

The issue is not with one specific server or its IP, but with our email gateways. Some of our email gateway IPs are still blocked by the Yahoo server temporarily due to which you are getting bounces at times. You may get a bounce back when email that you send uses the gateway that has been blacklisted on Yahoo. When you try to send the email again at a certain interval of time, then it may use another gateway, which may not be blacklisted and the email may go through. Our system-admins are already working on this issue to see it solved, and there is no timeline for resolution at this time. We understand that it is important for you to be able to send emails. We will be happy to announce a resolution as soon as it is found.

Bottom line, sometimes messages sent to the mailing lists will reach a Yahoo email, sometimes not. It's unpredictable. If the issue cannot be resolved by Site5 in a timely manner or we continue to have issues, I might have to moving the mailing lists somewhere else.
